Basic introduction:
Our furnace is ideal equipment for wood briquettes to have anoxic distillation carbonization. Adopting reasonable structure, the charcoal stove needs small quantity of heat consumption only.But the most important is that our charcoal stove is equipped with Superheated Stream cooling system, thus can speed up the cooling process, improve the quality of charcoal and shorten the production cycling time to 24-48 hours with the features of easy operation, higher safety, high efficiency and energy saving. The final products charcoal briquette can be used for heating furnace, industrial boilers, biomass power plant, barbecue and so on.
Working pricinple:
The carbonization furnace adopts the high-temperature dry sliding carbonization technology to make the man-made briquette to charcoal briquette. It is equipped with high temperature stream cooling system, and the process of cooling can be accelerated to speed up the period of the production. Moreover, the stove adopts the structure of unique air storage chamber to fully reuse the smoke produced during the process of carbonization. And 60% of the redundant smoke can be used in drying and carbonizing, saving much fuel during the whole process,and increasing the enterprise revenue.
Features of sawdust stick carbonization furnace:
1.Continuous carbonization furnace;
2.Closed cooling device;
3.The carbonizing temperature can be controled and adjusted;
4.High heat transfering and high hard-wearing composite materials lead to high efficiency carbonization stove.
5.All the gas return furnace for combustion, so there is no exhaust emission.
6.Short carbonizing time.
Procedure:
1. Fill the four carbonization pots with biomass briquettes and woods. Use the small gantry crane to lift the pots into the hearths of carbonization furnace.
2. In the burning ovens under the two pots, put into the firewood and ignite them.
3. About one hour later, the temperature of the two pots will go up to 200°C. Then open all of valves, ignite the four burners and put out the firewood in the first two burning ovens.
4. After 30-40 minutes and the temperature reach around 430°C, take out the first carbonization pot with the longest heating time. And put it into the soil pit dug in advance for cooling naturally. Then put the standby pot filled with biomass briquettes and woods into the empty hearths. Same operation for the second pots when carbonization is finished.
5. At this moment, two pots is under cooling condition, two pots with semi-finished charcoals, and two pots with new briquettes and woods for new round of carbonization. The cycling operation makes the continuous production come true.
6. After cooling for 3-4 hours in pits, the finished charcoal can be taken out from the pots. Thereafter, there will be two pots of charcoals finished every one hour, and the target of capacity 200kg/h even more is reached (the capacity of every pot is 100-200kg). Such continuous production will make it to over 4 tons charcoals
Struction:
this model stove consist of main furnace (outer stove), carbonization basket (inner stove), fume extraction tube, smoking purification system and hoisting equipment.
1. Main furnace includes heating room (for heating the stove), furnace body and heat-keeping layer (it is made of the heat insulating material, used for keep the heating)
2. Carbonization basket (The inner stove): consist of the stove tank body and the sealed top cap. Both of them are made of the heat resistance thermal steel. one set of carbonization stove include two or three carbonization basket,
3. Fume extraction tube: When during the process of carbonizing, there will be some smoke.the smoke can return to the furnace through tube for purifying, after purification , the combustible smoking can be flow into the heating room of the main furnace for heating the stove again,
4. Smoking purification system
This system is consisting of purification tank and the exhaust-heated cycle pipe. Smoking purification system are used for purify the smoking (can not burning) and filter the wood tar. The smoking through the purification system will become water vapor, and it will not pollute the air.
5. The hoisting equipment: it include the steel hoisting frame and the E-hoist.
