Waste tire pyrolysis recycling to oil plant
Basic Procedures Of Waste Tire Recycling Plant
Waste tire recycling plant adopts rotary kiln pyrolysis technology, which is much more widely used than other technologies,
the advantages of rotary kiln pyrolysis (cracking) kettle are low requirement for crushing degree of waste tire input particles,
and the nature of the pyrolysis carbon is very uniform, no need of high negative pressure,But adopting micro negative pressure
condition, production is quite safe, low equipment investment, quick returns, is the present most popular production process.
2.2 Operating Essentials
(1). Material Feeding
Material feeding is to put waste tire into cracking kettle, this process can be artificial feeding, flat conveyor feeding and hydraulic
feeder feeding etc,the latest technology adopts hydraulic feeder feeding normally, because of its high production efficiency,
economize on manpower,no need of cracking kettle cooling to shorten production cycle, at the same time, the advantages
of safety etc, widely used in many factories.
(2). Pyrolysis Gasification
After putting waste tire into cracking kettle, then heating cracking kettle to make the temperature in cracking kettle rise to 100 °C gradually, the moisture and small molecule material of waste tire will volatilize during this process, then separate out, settle
to the separator to discharge, with gradual complete volatile of the moisture and small molecule material, the temperature of
cracking kettle will continue to rise, when it reaches at 140 C, waste tire begins to melt into liquid state, open the rotation axis
to make converter rotate, temperature still continues to rise, the tire that is already melted will gasify with the gradual temperature
increase,by the time the temperature of cracking kettle rises to 260 °C -280 C, and then to maintain 6 -12 hours (based on gasification situation), at the moment, the pressure is 1.2 kg/m2 until complete gasification, the gasification
gas will go into the condenser to condensate.
