Technology characteristics of bio-diesel

 

1.Raw material proceeds pretreatment and continuous dehydration, improving the conversion rate of esterification (interesterification) ,high product yield;

 

2. For grease leftover raw materials of high acid value, adopting segmented esterification (interesterification) to achieve catalytic reaction of different catalysts, further improve reaction speed and shorten reaction time;

 

3. In esterification (interesterification) reaction, methanol is pressed into the system

according to the required amount by overheating form, ensuring the reaction is proceeded in higher temperature state, accelerating the reaction speed;

 

4.The mixed vapor generating from esterification (interesterification) process, entering into the methanol rectifying tower together with residual methanol vapor phase in the system after reaction completion, greatly reducing steam and water consumption;

 

5. Gassing and dehydration are proceeded before high temperature distillation, it reduces the oxidation and polymerization loss of fatty acid methyl esters , and it also ensures the product quality;

 

6. Using segmented distillation operation, it could ensure the operation stability of first distillation, shorten the retention time of fatty acid methyl esters in high temperature , and also reduce the oxidation and polymerization loss of fatty acid methyl esters, ensuring  residual fatty acid methyl ester is  as low as possible in the second distillation, product yield is high;

 

7.Twice distillation both adopt high vacuum distillation, which reduces oxidative decomposition loss of fatty acid methyl esters ;

 

8.To recover water and glycerin from the esterification (interesterification) ,it not only recovers glycerin products with high added value, but also greatly reduces environment pollution. Part of recycled water is used in biodiesel production, the rest is used for circulation water of vacuum system.
