Raymond mill application and Scope:

Raymond mill fits for barite,calcite, potash feldspar,talc,marble,limestone, White Onxy, fluorite,lime, activated Clay,activated carbon, bentonite,cement, phosphate ore, gypsum,glass,copper ore, manganese ore, titanium ore,refractory material,coke,coal powder,carbon black, figuline ,bone meal , titanium white powder, quartz etc ,less than 7 of Moth’s hardness ,less than 6% of moisture and 300 odd sorts of ono-inflammable and nonexplosive stuff in the traded of mining , buildign material , chemical engineering and metallurgy for powder generation and processing. The product size is adjustable on required in the range of 80—425 meshes.

 

Raymond mill working principle:

Raymond grinder adopts the advanced technical structure and developed from the same large Raymond mill. Raymond grinder has the higher efficiency, lower energy consumption, smaller investment comparing with the ball mill. The roller can press onto the ring under the force of the centrifugal force, so Raymond grinder has little influence on the production capacity and the fineness of the finished product when the roller and the ring wear out.
