The Three Cylinder  Dryer application:

 

  It's widely used in various industries of iron ore powder, slag, clay, coal, and other composite materials, construction of dry mortar, yellow sand and chemical industry, casting and other industries such as raw material drying.

 

The Three Cylinder Dryer Feature:

 

  1. The equipment investment is needed for 1/6 of the imported products.
  2. Material moisture to ensure below 0.5%, dry mortar and slag powder production line is the preferred product.

  3. The thermal efficiency of cylinder is as high as 70% (traditional single drum dryer heat efficiency is only 35%), improve the thermal efficiency is 35%.
  4.The fuel can be coal, oil and gas.Can bake 20 mm below the piece of material, pellet and powder materials.
  5. Covers an area of about 50% lower than single drum dryer and civil investment to reduce 50%, power consumption reduced by 60%.
  6.Can be done according to user requirements of regulation to easily.
  7. The temperature is low, dust removal equipment with long time.
