Copper ore processing production line :
Mine selection line is used for upgrading ores. After this process, the value of final concentrated powder will be greatly improved.
Our basic process is crushing, grinding, sieving, flotation separating and dewatering. The specific process is different according to ore, site and customers' requirements.
Mining copper ore first preliminary crushing by jaw crusher, crushing to a reasonable degree of fineness via hoist feeder evenly fed into the ball mill, ore crushing, grinding by ball mill.
After a ball mill grinding of ore fines go to the next step:classification.Spiral sorting machine by means of the proportion of solid particles precipitated in the liquid at different speeds principle,the ore mixture enters the grading machine washing,grading.
After washed and graded mineral mixture through the separator, Adding different drugs through the flotation machine after the initial separation of the mineral particles in the flotation machine is fed, depending on the mineral characteristics,so that the minerals and other substances to be separated.After the desired minerals are separated out, because the preliminary concentrated containing a lot of water,subject to the concentrator, and then through a dryer to obtain dry minerals.

Different Select Methods of Copper Ore Beneficiation Production Line:
(1) disseminated copper ore flotation
Generally adopt simpler process, after grinding, fineness of 200 mesh accounted for about 50% ~ 70%, and 1 time roughing, 2 ~ 3 times, 1 ~ 2 times of scavenging. If the copper mineral particle size is fine, can consider to use stage grinding process. Dealing with bornite concentrator, mostly adopts the rough concentrate – a selection of stage grinding process, the essence of which is mixed – priority flotation process. By a coarse grinding, roughing, scavenging, grinding rough concentrate again to select again to get the high grade copper concentrate and sulphur concentrate. Coarse grinding fineness of 200 mesh accounted for about 45% ~ 50%, and then grinding fineness of 200 mesh accounted for about 90% ~ 95%.
(2) the density copper ore flotation
Dense copper ore density symbiosis with chalcopyrite and pyrite, pyrite is usually secondary copper mineral activation, pyrite content is higher, difficult to restrain, separation is difficult. Sorting process requirement for copper concentrate and sulphur concentrate at the same time. Usually after copper tailings is the sulphur concentrate. If gangue content more than 20% ~ 20% in ore, in order to get sulphur concentrate still need sorting again. Deal with dense copper ore, often use two paragraphs grinding or stage grinding, grinding fineness requirement is fine. Dosage of reagent dosage is also bigger, xanthate above 100 g/(t the raw ore), lime above 8 ~ 10 kg/(t raw ore).
1.Large raw copper ore for primary crushing are fed into the jaw crusher by Plate feeder and are reduced to 8 inches or smaller. After first crushing, the material will transferred to cone crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crushing; the crushed copper ore stone will then transferred to vibrating screen for classifying. After classifying, the parts whose size below the mesh size will be transferred away as final products, while the other parts will return to cone crusher, thus forming a closed circuit. Size of final products can be combined and graded according to your specific requirement.
2.The smaller crushed copper ore is fed to ball mill for grinding. Inside the ball mill, the crushed copper ore will grind the ore to about 0.2 mm with 3-inch steel balls.
3. The copper ore slurry is pumped to the agitation tank. This copper ore slurry is finally pumped to the flotation machine with the fine sulfide ore (~-0.074 mm) going to froth flotation cells for recovery of copper.
