New model carbonization furnace
Main introduction	Capacity: get 2.5-3ton charcoal /24hours per set
	we could put 2ton raw materials per inner basket, the carbonizing time is 8hours per
	baskets, so we will carbonize 6ton raw materials, If the raw materials humility
	is around 5-8%, the carboning rate is 2:1, get around 3ton charcoal per day
	Main structure: There has three inner baskets and main furnace per set,we also
	match hoisting tools or crane for operating.
	The furnace is our new design, also have the oil collecting tools, the main furnace is
	made by refratory materials, it has long life
	How to operate: We put the inner basket into main furnace by hoisting tools
	or crane, after carbonizing 8hours, then take inner basket out, let it cool by nature
	at the same time, we put another inner basket inside, this is the continuouse process

 

Raw materials could be as:  such as wood logs, bamboo , wood briquettes,coconut shell, cashew shell, palm biomass and so on
