Where there be shine by sunlight our OWL will shake its head automatic.

If these's no sunlight,but you need the OWL shake too,

you can put an incandescent lamp upto the solar panel.

Also,the brainpower OWL can make a hoot and radiate its eye by a switch on the buttom.
