     Box dryer is also named as box drying machine, it is the most popular and suitable drying machine in charcoal briquette machine production line and coal briquette machine production line, food dring process,etc. Box dryer adopts hot air standard cycle working principle to eliminate the phenomenonof damage on the surface of the material and release humidity in charcoal briquette. Box dryer made in our factory has many merits such as 80% - 95% of the hot air can be recycled in the box dryer, this can greatly reduce the consumption and production cost, at the bottom of the automatic cleaning mechanism, automatic cleaning, all in accordance with the international standard manufacturing. The fuel of box dryer can be coal, charcoal, biomass fuel, electricity.

Using biomass fuel/coal/charcoal or electricity to make hot air for box dryer then using draught fan to provide tremendous pressure for box dryer. Tremendous pressure make hot air into drying cabinet and make hot air recycle in box dryer's cabinet. Hot air is released through small holes in the shelves. Each small room in the box dryer has 14 layers.(box dryer)

 a) The stove is made of high carbon steel, which can be used more than 3 years. If the stove has broken, you can change a new stove and use box dryer again.

b) Apart from stove, all the inner parts of our box dryer are made of thick stainless steel.(box dryer)

c) There is thermal-protection cotton between the outer part and the inner stainless steel, which not only ensures inner temperature in box dryer, but also save the fuel as well as reduce your fuel cost. (box dryer)

d) Every small box has several shelves, every shelf has 13 levels, and every level has 22 holes. These small holes ensure the heat releases evenly. (box dryer)

e) The inner temperature of the box dryer can be adjusted. Normally, we should    set the temperature 60 °C at first, and the temperature should be controlled between 60 °C-85 °C. We can not set the temperature at 85°C at first, because these briquettes' humidity belongs to inner water content, the higher temperature may make the briquettes craze.(box dryer)
