A short description

The Roller Type Briquette Machine is applied to converting various powder materials into briquettes, characterized by high pressure, reliable performance and adjusted engine revolution. The motor passes the driving force to the gear box by belt, then the gear box drives the power to the driving shaft, next the driving shaft drives the driven shaft rotating in a contrary direction by gear wheel. While the raw materials are fed into the machine, the unit forming pressure becomes larger and larger, in the center of the roller forming connections the pressure reaches to the maximum value, the raw materials pass through the line, the pressure rapidly becomes less and naturally, the briquettes are produced out and smooth off the machines.
