Description for the Ring Die Pellet Line.

Normally, one piece complete pellets making line including the following steps: grinding-conveying-drying-conveying-pelletizing-cooling-packing process. Here, Linda would like to share the proposal of wood pellets line with you.

The ring die machine work with the spare parts roller & ring die rub to form material powder into pellets. Thus, the machine will emerage certain temperature with the spare parts rubing. However,You don't need to stop ring die pellet machine to cool it. Because there is Exhausting System on the machine to exhaust the high temperature emerage in the forming part (please check the attached picture, I'd like to mention that it is one line with 3 tons per hour). Thus, you can run the machine with continuity. Meanwhile, this point decide the ring die pellet machine is the best machine to work in the line with successinal producing process.
