2016 HSLK series screw type briquette extruder

A short description

This new screw briquette machine is mainly used in the fuel energy briquetting plant project of the gas system of the gas factory, Ammonia fertilizer plant, etc. The briquette machine can form the fuel powders into cylinder shape briquettes, which can take place of natural block coal or powder coal. Using this briquettes made by screw type briquette machine, it completely optimize the use of coal or charcoal powders, no need to add lime powders, so the production cost reduced and the heating value of coal and charcoal is increasing. The economic value is quite high.

Feature

According to customers’ need, we developed the new system of automatic cutter, which can cut the even length of the briquettes as customers required. And the machine is also equipped with conveyor for final briquettes, which can convey the briquettes safely and increase the high finished products ratio. At the same time, it saves labor cost, and no need to let worker to get the briquettes personally.
