The components of the whole producing line are screw conveyor, magnetic separator, blender, belt conveyor, pellet machine.
1.You should put the carbon black powder into the screw conveyor , which can take the materials into the magnetic separator.
2.The magnetic separator can remove the steel wire and iron wire from the carbon black powder .
3.Then add binder into the blender , the blender can mix the materials .
4.The belt conveyor can convey the materials into the pellet machine to get the finished carbon black pellets , Which can be used as fuel for boiler and other heating equipment.
