Spare parts: Service life of roller and die is 300-500 hours under normal running condition. Most of dies can be used on both sides, it is recommended to replace roller and die at the same time. Make sure there are no hard materials mixed with raw materials. Because it is easy to destory the die and roller.

The machine consists of motor, gear shaft, flat die, roller, feed hopper, cutter, several 

parts of the hopper.
This machine is a mechanical circular motion, based on diesel, gasoline and motor-driven drive shaft, transmission gear shifting to the spindle and templates to templates 

slidingpressure cycle, the pressure after the pressure roller extrusion, the material from 

template hole extrusion, after the last segment of the cutter roll out particles from the 

discharge port.
