Service life of roller and die is 300-500 hours under normal running condition. Most of dies can be 

used on both sides, it is recommended to replace roller and die at the same time. Make sure there 

are no hard materials mixed with raw materials. Because it is easy to destroy the die and roller. 

Notice:

The roller, die, bearing, dust cover of shaft and grease seal belong to wearing parts, when 

operating the machine, please notice that whether stone or other hard things mixed in the 

materials, and use binder reasonably.

Our machine is appropriate for crude fiber compression forming, such as: maize straw, peanut 

shell, rice husk, corncob, cotton seed hull, wheat straw, sunflower seed shell, sawdust, cotton 

stalk, weeds, etc. all kinds of agricultural straws, house refuse, waste plastic and wastes in 

factory. 

It is also suitable for raw materials which are difficult to form with low bonding ratio. 

Furthermore, organic bacterial manure, organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer are applicable to 

pelletize under low temperature.

Requirements for making the pellet

1. size of raw materials: powder or no longer than 1cm

2. moisture content of raw materials: 10-15%

3. raw materials can be the mixture of 2 or more than 2 kinds different materials, they must be 

evenly mixed.

4. no adhensive or chemicals need in the processing

Working principle of pellet maschine:

Before start the machine, you need to debug it. The raw materials must be powdery with moisture 

between 10%-15%, if not, you should crush them,  dry or add more water into it. When 

everything is prepared, you can start it. The roller make the die turn, the raw material will be pressed at the power of roller and die, the products length will be cut by the cutter. You can choose suitable diameter die to meet your need.

No pellets are produced

1. Clean feedstock out of the pelletizing holes and grind the die with oily mixture. 

2. Adjust material moisture content. 

3. Add 3-5% additive binder into the material.

Pellets are soft or powdery

1. Add water to material.

2. Change the die. Most of the die can be used both sides.

Motor halts suddenly

1. Start the mill again when voltage is stable.

2. Adjust the clearance between die and rollers.
