Description of the products

The charcoal forming machinery can be used in many fields , like mine industry, energy saving industry and sludges .

Principle :

It is the principle of squeezing in two rollers . When the materials go to the midlle of the two rollers , the max. pressure will mould the final shape of the products. This part is the most important part .
In this part , we use 65 Mn rollers . This will make the machine have a longer life . Meanwhile the 65Mn rollers will increase the strength of the pressure . That make the final products more durable . 

The shape of the final products

We can design the shape of the final products according to your requests . The length should be from 20-60 mm .
