If your material is coal powder, you can directly feed the coal  into feed to press.

If your material is charcoal powder, you should add some binder to press them into predetermined shapes.

If your material is wood log, I advice you to carbonized them into charcoal and crush them into powder, then add some binder to make ball shape products.

Q 1: My  materials is charcoal powder, do I need binder to mix them stir?
