Introduction 

 the screw conveyor will transport sawdust (initial moisture 30-40%) into roller screener, after screening the optimal size sawdust material will be  transport to sawdust dryer via conveyor. the hot wind stove produce the hot air flue gas(150-200 degree), those hot air will mix together with the sawdust material, the moisture will evaporation in the dying cyclone pipe. after drying sawdust moisture at 10% will be out at the bottom of the cyclone, the off gas will be out through the chimney.

after drying sawdust from the cyclone, those optimal moisture sawdust will be transported into the material hopper, then the screw conveyor will take those material evenly to 5 sets briquette machine, after getting the briquette, the belt conveyor will take the final products briquette out. the flue gas produce during the briquette production process through the flue gas pipe out. then guarantee workinh environment its good.

 This bio-fuel briquette is 50mm in diameter,  in the hollow hexagonal with a 15-20mm hole through the body.
