Low cost concrete PUXIN family size biogas plant to treat food waste

The family size biogas plant is mainly applied to farmhouse or domestic house to treat livestock waste, straw, human sewage and food waste.

2. Equipments:

The family size biogas plant is composed of a concrete biogas digester, pipe routes, gas purification devices and gas appliances ( stove, lamp, water heater, flow meter, room heater etc.) or small biogas power generator.

2). High reliability: The steel mould and the glass-fibre reinforced plastic gas-holder can be mass-produced in factories, so that any place or country can build the family size biogas plant.

3). Wide ferment material: All biogas waste includes solid organic material (food waste, straw, leaves and grass etc.) and liquid waste (wastewater, sewage, animal dung with water) can be fed to the biogas digester.

4). Easy to maintain: When the gasholder is leaking, the leak can be found immediately, and can be repaired on ground.

5). Durable: The concrete digester can last over 30 years, and the FRB gas-holder over 10 years. When the gasholder is worn out, a new one is replaceable, so that the biogas plant can last over 30 years.

6). Excellent safety feature: When the gas-holder is taken out, no biogas is left in the digester. The digester neck (1.5m in diam) is large enough to keep sufficient fresh air in the digester. So it is safe both to repair the digester inside and to replace fermentation material . When the gas pressure reaches its limit, there will be automatic gas leak, hence no damage to the plant.

7). Money-saving: The family size biogas plant is built by concrete so its lifespan over 30 years and the steel mould can be used for many many times. Obviously it is more profitable than the membrane biogas digester at same price.
