DGD-16single wing labyrinth drip irrigation production line, which we corporate with China helicopter research institute, is mainly used in producing drip irrigation strap based on PE .It is widely used in the irrigation of big filed, cotton, fruit tree, flower, vegetables and so on which grow in cote. Production speed of the line is 2×10-20m/mintwo straps.Strap hole diameter:Φ16mm,wall thickness:0.15-0.18mm, hole  space :200, 300, 400mm,each roll length: 500-1500m,pave length:≤120m,installation  total power: 30Kw,total length of the line:11m.

1This line adopts high efficient extruder ,high speed screen changer ,screw blow molding frame head.

2Special designed vacuum complex mold to assure labyrinth line veracity and  complex intensity .

3       With advanced non-contactable formed film diameter control system to make a high precision.

4       This line adopts AC inverter, easy to adjust speed.

5       PID temperature control.

6         PLC program controls the whole line,technical data can display and set  by touch screeneasy operation ,a good human computer interface.
