Our double-shaft shredder enjoys the following features:

1, multi-claw blades design with double blade shaft structure, it brings the multi-angle changes during the working, strong shredding force and saving the energy.

2, the blades are made of Cr12Mov, hardening by quenching process, with long use life. The blade can be replaced separately, or maintain with welding method.

3, motor is combined with gear box to arrive the effect of low rotating speed but high torque, high efficiency.

4, gearbox adopts PRG lubricating system, it ensures the smooth running, low noise, strong torsion, and long working time.

5, control electrical elements are SIEMENS and Chinese famous brand

6, it can be used separately or as an unit in the waste plastic washing line.
