About cassava:

Cassava is also called manioc, mandioca, yuca, yucca root, casabe, tapioca. Cassava roots contain a high amount of starch and contain protein, fat and ash rarely. Fresh cassava root starch content of 25% to 32%.

The fresh cassava roots transported by the conveyor into the feeder of the cleaning machine, then cleaning and peeling machine will remove the dirt and other foreign matters completely, and then the cleaning cassava in a temporary storage hopper into the next procedurethe grinding and rasping section automatically.
