Calcium gluconate I.P. : 1000 mg.

Calcium phosphate Tribasic: 800 mg.

Vitamin D3 : 2500 I.U.

Vitamin B12 : 50 mcg.

Choline Chloride : 1000 mg.

Protein hydrolysate : 500 mg.
