Filter pieces, also named filter screen groupware, are mainly used in chemical fibre industry. Its applied to filter the impurity from spinning stock solution in the condition of various types of spinning machines in work for making synthetic fibre and artificial fibre. This can not only ensure the expedite spinning head, but also enhance the purity of spinning solution and product quantity.

Filter pieces is an important part in polyester fiber. And it is often used with mesh flake , mesh and gasket together. Filter disk is one kind of filter element which is made of stainless steel filter screen with 21.8508 meshes per inch and metal plates. Details are showing in picture 1. This product is divided into rotundity, cirque shape, rectangle, ellipse by its externality, showed in picture 2 to 6. Picture 1 to 5 are showing the sizes of filter disk. We can also adjust our products to meet customers' requirement.

We produce the metal screen exactly according to GB5330-85 standard. Filter screen is divided into framework screen and filter screen.
