This leaf filter is used to filtrate the bleaching earth from the oil mixture.

Leaf filter

This leaf filter is used to filtrate the bleaching earth from the oil mixture,it is mainly composed of the shell of the tank,the filter leaves,the air-actuated shaker and the feed in and feed out system.A group of leaves are set in the tank vertically,they are made of stainless steel,the stainless steel filter screen is laid on the leaves.

When it works,the mixture of oil and bleaching earth is pressed into the tank,the oil passes the filter screen,the bleaching earth is trapped on the filter screen.the clear oil that enters the screen then flows to the exit pipe.When the bleaching earth is thick enough,the machine stops feeding,and the compressed air blows into the machine,the little oil in the bleaching earth is blown away,then the air-actuated shaker is started,the bleaching earth is unloaded due to gravity and shaking.  

 

Leaf filter is mainly used in filter devices of high viscosity         melt for removing of hard impurities. The materials are stainless  steel sintered web and stainless steel sintered wire mesh. Leaf filters can be repeatedly used and repeatedly cleaned. Common sizes as follows:
