Core Business:
Shanghai Chunxu Group is a professional and leading manufacturer of rotational moulds and products in China. We provide our customers with mold design, mold manufacturing, product manufacturing, cutting, assembly, inspection, packing and shipping.Together with our customers, we develop products for a wide range of industries and purposes: industrial, agricultural, military, medical and public sanitation, aerospace navigation, architectural, outdoor entertainment, marine, automobile and so on. Most of our customers are Fortune 500 companies e.g. General Electric, Boeing Companyetc.
In 2008 the Beijing Olympic Committee selected Chunxu Group as the exclusive professional manufacturer to produce the drums and stadium decorations ('UFO' seat project).
Company Structure and Development:
In 1986 Mr HUANG Quanchun established the Shanghai Chunxu Mould Industrial Company Limited, focusing on wooden mold manufacturing. Together with the Boeing Company, Chunxu developed its first aluminum-zinc-alloys mold for airplane wings in 1989. As the market and its technologies developed the company shifted to rotational aluminum mold manufacturing in 1999 becoming the first roto-molding company in China.
With a decade of experience under his belt and with an eye to market trends Mr Huang expanded into the rotational product field by establishing the Shanghai Chunyang Roto-molding Company Limited in 2003.
These two companies comprise the Chunxu Group. Over the last 10 years the Chunxu Group has expanded to meet its customers' needs - in particular the overseas market has driven this expansion. Today approximately 95% of our molds and products are exported to 56 different countries such as the USA, the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Canada, Australia, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, Russia, Brazil etc.
With registered capital in excess of 12 million RMB, production area of 17500 m2 , and more than 200 employees, Chunxu Group is a stable business partner with significant resources.
Looking toward the future, the Chunxu Group is planning to set up offices in Europe and establish a joint venture in Australia, thus providing even more immediate professional service to our valued customers.
Quality:
One of the key success factors in the development of our business has been our consistent commitment to quality. In 2001 we applied for and were awarded ISO9001:2000 International Quality certificate.
As one of the leading manufacturers in China we were appointed as a council member to the China Plastic Processing Industry Association's RotoMolding Committee in 2005 and we joined in International Rotomolding Association in the same year.
Our Quality Control Department has 15 professional engineers to strictly control the quality of each project. Together with design engineers, they review the design drawings carefully before starting to make each mold, and monitor the whole process from molds manufacture to products manufacture. Products are 100% inspected and only once it has been quality-approved can a product enter the warehouse.

Material:
Our molds are made using international standard aluminum. Our products are made from food-standard PE material which we import from USA, Korea, Saudi Arabia, and Thailand. We use this material because it is non-toxic, odorless, sturdy, durable and impact/ weather-resistant (it can be used in temperatures ranging from 90 °C to -30°C).
Technical Expertise:
We have expertise in all kinds of mold texture processing and Teflon coating according to our customers' requirements. This professional process makes our molds look smooth and shiny.
Our experienced and highly skilled technical design team use advanced CAM softwares (like UG, Solidworks, Auto CAD, Pro/E) to translate your ideas, pictures, drawings and prototypes into high quality, accurate molds with no pinholes at all - ensuring that the end product has uniform wall thickness and smooth surface.
We have more than 50 high-tech equipments in mold workshop, such as imported CNC, digital miller, electrical sparkle, linear cutting machines and so on and around 20 sets of rotational molding machines in the rotomolding workshop.
Management:
Furthermore, we take part in benchmarking collaborations with other companies in the industry and other industries; we participate in international forums and send employees abroad to learn about new technologies.
