The fixation in mould joint use groove trapezoidal structure which ensure tightness of mould assembly.

Various nuts can be put into (M3,M4,M5,M6,M8,M10)

fillet

Generally the fillet is over R2.

surface

Surface:  A atoglyph(rough,grinding or fine) we use shot peening .according to the size of steel shots to decide the rough or fine. Or use corrosion fancy leather if the surface is special leather. After shot peening ,we'll do the teflon treatment.   B shiny side(divided into shiny side and mirror side according to the degree of polishing)
