SMC Combined Water Tank Brief Introduction:

1. SMC Combined Water tank is a new type water tank that widely used on the international. It is assembled by the high-quality SMC water tank plate. Its characteristic are:

The SMC Water Tank Plate:

The materials of SMC water tank plate is SMC sheet which food-grade resin. It is made by high temperature, high pressure and mechanical pressing.

(1) In manufacturing process, It adopts to manufacture method that mechanical pressing so it increase the anti-seismic and shock resistance strength;

(2) In the shape design, there is sag arc in the middle of water tank plate, it improve the bearing capacity of water tank. In addition, it has the 45° and 90° flange so it don’t need to corner fittings.

(3) The specifications of water tank plate have: 1000*1000mm; 1000*500mm, 500*500mm, the thickness of plate has: 5mm,8mm,10mm,12mm,14mm,16mm,18mm and 20mm.( 5mm thickness plate is used for the cover plate), so it can assemble any required capacity water tank.

1. It should aside not less than 800mm for the maintenance between the water tank and the metope when installation. In addition, the top and bottom of water tank is should not less than 500mm.

2. It should prepared the concrete base before construction.

3,close the outlet pipe and the drain pipe after assembly and open the inlet pipe, No leakage is qualified after 24 hours when the water is full.

4.,it should be provided the power and checked the sealing water on the construction site.

Installs use matters needing attention:

1, SMC combined type water tank design to store up the normal temperature tap water before please do not store up the hot water and other liquids (chemicals, petroleum and so on)

2. Constructions, please press the foundation size request, the installment stays, provides the water which the construction power source and the inspection seal uses.

3. Must avoid nearby the water tank using the fire. When carries on the welding work, must take the protective measures, do not cause flake to splash to water tank stave sheet

4. Must prevent the pollutant or plunges in the water tank from the exterior inflow. Easy to inspect and in order to the security from the maintenance, must have certain spatial around the water tank

5. SMC combined type water tank's maintenance: Cleaning water tank interior and exterior please use the soft apparatus. The long time has not used water, before the use, please first water discharge, makes the inspection after the water tank interior uses again. New clothing's water tank, must clean twice times before using,
