Our chicken farm building mainly consists of 8 systems:

System	Main Function
1.Main feeding system	Convey feed from silo or manpower hopper into each feedling line hopper automatically.
2.Pan feeding system	Convey feed into each feed pan automatically.
3.Nipple drinking system	Supply clean water to each nipple steadily, the water will be out easily when birds touch nipples and chicken can drink water from 360 degree freely.
4.Ventilation system	Control climate condition, provide fresh air, proper temperature and humidity for different satge chickes, ensuring your chickens provide maximum production.
5.Cooling pad system	When the air goes through cooling pads, the heat will be taken down by the evaporation of water, so the air will be cooled before going into your chicken farms.
6.Environment control system	Control the temperature in chicken farm by controlling ventilation fans, cooling pads, air inlet windows and heaters automatically, also control the light, water and feeding.
7.Spraying system	Reduce temperature, increase humidity, clean your chicken farms, disinfect your farms.
8.Heating system	Warm your chicken farm, provide heating for day-old chicks.

The motor will start working and convey feed when sensor doesn't touch feed and will stop working when sensor touchs feed.
Lifting&suspension system	It's very convenient to adjust the feeding line height by winch.

3.Automatic nipple drinking system:

Water display level tube	Use high transparency&impact resistant material, sturdy and durable, convenient to observe water level.
Lifting&suspension system	Correct driking line height js very important for chicken, both higher and lower can lead to chicken bone's distortion, which is bad for chicken groiwth, also wast water. It's very easy to adjust the height by winch.

4.Ventilation system:

We have centrifugal push-pull type exhaust fans and butterfly cone fans, besides, we provide swung drop hammer exhaust

fans.

*Manuel control: Operater will check the pressure of chicken farm, control the winches by hand until meet requirements;

*Automatic control: The T616 environment controller is connected to one static pressure sensor, air inlet windows will be

on/off automatically by pressure.

7.Fogging system:

-The motor of main engine is of Taiwan brand, which has high-temperature automatic protection device and its water

absorbing capacity is 20-38L/min;

-The Nylon tube are of imported brand, which can bear pressure about 30-90 KG, anti-corrosion;
-Instant cooling but not wet.
-Large flow, high pressure, good atomization, and corrosion resistance.
-Increase the humidity to the preset range according to the requirements-60 to 70 percent of the maximum relative

humidity.

-Prevent the dust, reduce respiratory disease of livestock and poultry effectively.
-Disinfect with chickens.

8.Heating system:

Our heaters have several types, they consume different fuel, such as coal, diesel, gas, some use electricity, we also provide

professional brooding heating tools for day old chicks—gas brooders.
