1. Chain feeding system:
The system can convey feed from hopper into trough automatically.
Driving motor:
Use cycloidal-pin wheel reduce device, more stable and reliable convey feed equality, reduce noise than toothed wheel.
Trough bracket and connection:
Liftable, we can adjust their height according to different breeding stages.
Bracket surface:
Hot galvanizing process, anti-corrosion, more suitable for poultry house environment.
Its surface are special hardening processed, alloy bearing don't need oiling, have good wear resistance and long service
life.
Trough with chain inside:
Trough made of wear-risistant and anti-rust material, have 44mm width of limited food grill, which can separate the hens and
roosters apart effectively, and different width food grill can be customized according to customer requirements.
Hopper:
Made of high quality galvanized sheet, hopper and trough interface site has a cover plate, it is easy to adjust the height
of material level and prevent feed spill.

The system can convey feed from vice hopper into each feed pan automatically.

Feed sensor:

Male breeders feeder pan:

5). The fixation clamp can prevent feed pan swinging, so as to keep feed at the center of feed pan.

3. Nipple drinking system:
The system provides clean and fresh water into each drinking lines steadily, the water will be out when chickens touch
nipples.
Nipples&drip cups&square water pipe:
1). Outside shell is made of pure engineering plastic, inner valve rod is made of stainless steel.
2). Feeding capability: 8-10 birds/drinker.
3). All nipples are anti-rusting, service life over 10 years.
4). Double-sealing structure, with good seal ability, avoid water leakage and its bad influence to chicken house.
5). Valve rod is movable in 360 degree, it's suitable for all chickens to drink, from day-old chicks to adult chickens.

4). Doser: add medicine exactly to prevent disease.
Lifting& suspension system:
Correct height for drinking system is very important for chicken( both higher and lower can result chicken bone's
distortion, which is bad for chicken growth, also lead to water waste), it's easy to adjust drinking line height by winch.
Water display level tube:
Use high transparency& impact resistant meterial, it's sturdy and durable, easy to watch water level, easy to take down

*Manuel control: Operater will check the pressure of chicken house,control the winch by hand until meet requirements
*Automatic control: As the request of difference chicken house pressure by the controller control, make the air inlet
windows open and off automatically to meet the request.
