2015 new product security nylofor 3M panels

Security nylofor 3M featuring horizontal reinforcements with double horizontal wires across the beam section for maximum security. The construction style means 20% less posts required, 20% less concrete and a reduction in installation time of 20%. A cost effective solution for industrial sites and long runs of fencing.

The panels have a width of 3000 mm and are available in heights: from 1030 - 2430 mm.
The panels have vertical barbs of30 mm at one side which can be placed at the top or at the bottom.

The horizontal reinforcements give the panels extra rigidity.
The meshes are 100 x 40 mm, as well as the reinforcements.
Wire diamater: 4.40 mm

Production Flow

The basic producing steps of the powder coated profile mesh panel:

the steel wire rod-wire drawing-cutting-welding-folds making-perkerizing-powder painted/PVC coated-packing.

Quality Control:

We have the professional machines and workers. All the wire mesh fence are manufacturfed under strict

supervision and followed the regulated steps to ensure the high quality.

Packaging & Shipping

The profil mesh are packaged carefully as possible as we can. Usually, the metal or wodden pallets are used.

The plastic film (with small bubbles) is put on the pallets to protect the first piece of panel;
Then, the metal gaskets and the paper board are used to avoid the panels destroyed by the metal bandage;
Between each two panels, there is a piece of plastic film;
Finally, the whole pallets are covered with the plastic film as well.
The clips and screws are packed first with plastic bags then in paper boxes.
