Feed Silo

Feed silo is important component of main feeding system.

This system include feed silo or hopper, conveying PVC pipe, auger or chain - disc, drop outlets, feed bin, feed senser and driving motor.

This system is mainly used to convey feed from the feed silo or hopper into the feed bin to achieve the aim of

 automatically feeding.

 Using silos could save labor force and save large amount of packages, also keep feeder fresh and health and reduce raising cost greatly.

       Galvanized steel silo

Material thickness details:                                                                        

Silo roof plate and silo wall plate layer- galvanized sheets with the thickness of 1.2 MM, second layer of silo

wall plate galvanized with the thickness of 1.5 MM, conical bottom plate galvanized sheet with the thickness of

1.5 MM.

Silo cosists of silo body sheets, silo lid, collar, hopper sheets, roof panels, silo legs, ladder system.

Advantages of parts design:

A: Roof: 40 degree for rainwater to flow down.

B. Sheets:  All steel plate joints are fixed by grade 8.8 bolts and seal gums, ensuring no leaking seams,                               security and long operating life

C. Weather Guard: Make the moisture drip off the silo's side wall which helps to keep water off the silo's                                          hopper and boot.

D. Lid: When open, the lid uplifts and then slide away. In this case, it could open and close easily even in                      big wind.

E. Transparent viewing window: It helps to watch the feed condition in silo.

F. Ladder: Hot galvanized stretch - pressure process, anti - slip dots provides a safer and more comfortable                       climbing condition, assembled with guard rail to ensure safety.

G. Boot: Single way outlet / two - outlet / three - outlet / four - outlet boot 45 / 180 degree boot.

H.  Optional anti-block ball is available as per your requirement to convey feed flow more smoothly.
