Each piece of our wooden  are carefully designed and made of anti-termite and are pre-treated. Excellent quality timber is used for the walls of the cabins with splendid frame work. Produced in varied shapes and size that can be customized as per the clients’ demand. Easily transportable without help of crane. Our wooden houses can be dismantled and reassembled at different locations. Corner walls are connected with slotted angles. The cabins are leak proof and are protected from all kind weather conditions.

Transaction Process

Raw Material

     All the timber we use are imported from Canada and Russia. Superior Russia pine wood, SPF and spruce have been applied into manufacturing our prefab wooden houses to ensure its stability and durability. Besides, all the imported timber has been through hot treatment to enhance its lifetime and performance by reducing the influence of temperature difference on timber.

    Different colors of asphalt shingles will be provided for customers to select.They will be well packed and shipped together with cargo to your destination port.

    Usually we will set up the wooden house to make sure the house is fully completed before the exporting. After that we will stick the label on each of the timber which will help customers assemble the house according to the installation manual. Any problem about the assembling we will be at your service!

Q1: Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
A1: We are manufacturing company who is specialized in producing all kinds of wooden houses.
Q2: What kinds of wood do you use?
A2: Three kinds of wood are used: SPF ( Canadian Wood), Spruce and Russia Pince Wood.
Q3: What’s your MOQ?
A3: Our MOQ is 20’GP, any small trial order is also welcomed and can be in a further discussion.
Q4: Do you provide samples?
A4: yes, we can. The sample will be cost 1.5 times of its original price but the extra cost will be refund you once you place the order.
Q5:Do you provide the painting?
A5: For the painting, our customers usually purchase it on their local market because of the difficulty of custom clearance.  
Q6: Can you produce the wooden house according to our own design?
A6: yes, of course. We can design for you and your own conception is also welcomed.
Q7: what’s your payment terms and trade terms?
A7: 30%T/T deposit before production, the balance 70% against the copy of B/L. FOB /CIF/CNF Price or other request.
