Feeding system

1.>Weft feeding method:

The machine equipped with automatic straightening cutting device. This device straighten and cutweft wire into fixed length. Then worker put those weft wires into hopper, the weft wires will falling automatically one by one.

>Warp feeding method:

The warp wires are feeding by wire coiling.

Welding system

Pulling mesh system

 Operating Principle

Manual place the precut wires into mesh mold, automatic step feeding to

welding position and welding a row automatically, then automatic draw the mesh mold to next welding position

and automatic welding until to finish a complete mesh, then mesh mold automatic back to origin and get out

the mesh ;The pulling system is controlled by steeping moter,pull wire mesh back and forth.

Equipped automatic hopper for cross wire feeding, line wire automatic feeding as setting length through automatic mesh drawing sytem.

Adopted double layers type or tandem type automatic welding fixtures,and combined advanced PLC,
