Q: Can you accept our own label on the products?

A: Yes, we accept OEM, we can label customer’s trademark and company info.

Q: Can you supply the sample?

A: Of course, we would like to supply small pieces sample to our customer, the sample usually is free, customer only need to pay for the express charge.

Q: What is your usual delivery date?

A: For stocks products, we will load and transport the product to port during 7 working days after receive the advanced payment. For customized products, we need 20- 30 days for the delivery after receive the advanced payment.

Q: What is your usual payment terms?

A: T/T, L/C, Western union are our main payment terms.
For small order, total mount less than USD 5000, we accept western union payment or 100% TT in advance. For bigger order, we accept LC at sight or T/T 30% in advance, the balance against the copy of B/L.
