1.Crude palm oil refinery machine main function:
sunflower oil refined plant is used for refining crude vegeatble oil to high quality cooking oil. It is make the dark color and smell crude oil to colorless and odorless salad oil.
2.Crude palm oil refinery machine main types:
A. Bacth type palm oil refinery machine: It is very economic and efficient , it is suitable for oil refining small capacity crude oil , such as 1-30 tons .
B.Semi-continuous palm oil refinery machine: It is semilar with batch type refinery , but in the deodorization section is different . The semi-continuous refinery adpots deodorization tower to get ride of the odors , the effectiveness is more obvious. It is suitable for refining 10-50 tons crude palm oil .
C.Continuous palm oil refinery machine: This type refinery line is suitable for refining the capacity above 50 tons . Indeed , our smallest continuous refinery machine is 30 tons .
These refinery machines can refine all kinds crude vegetable oil , that is why they are hot sale .
3.Crude palm oil refinery machine main refining processes:
A.Preheating secticon:
Pumping crude oil into hydrate tank (oil refining tank), on one hand, quickly stirring , on the other hand, heating by steam or heat transfer oil (in coil pipe), rise oil temperature.
B.Degumming section:
This is the most important section of hydrate de-gumming,manage the adding water (there is a little P-acid in the water) amount, temperature and add water speed.
C.Deacidification section:
This part adopt alkali refining method, that is use alkalis like (NaOH) to neutral the free fatty acid in oil, during this process it will produce soapstock , then separated from the oil by setting several hours. NAOH solution, not only neutral free fatty acid, also can act with other matters like protein, mucus,
phospholipid, pigment.
D.Decolorization Section:
In normal situation , there is pigment in the crude oil , we need to using the active clay to absorb the pigment away ,we use the vibrating filter to filter the waste clay away . If you want to get light color oil , you need to add more active clay . That is mean , the customer can accord to his requirement to control the oil color.
E.Deodorization and Dehydration Section:
Usually ,there are some odors in the crude oil , it affects the quality of the edible oil . About our refining process , we usually use the direct steam to take odors away in the vacuum condition . In the deodorization pot , the temperature is very high , it also can finish the dehydration section.
F. Filtering:
This process can remove off the small amount of unsettle gum soluble impurities in the degummed oil, after oil dehydrate cooling , filtering again, to ensure the product oil quality. Then pumping the final oil into the oil tank.
G.Dewaxing section (fractionation section):
After refining , there is a final process is required , that is De-waxing. Because there is some wax content in the sunflower oil , you need to remove it , or it will affect the quality of the edible oil .
