Dicription of Electric fence Joint screw

This Electric fence  Wire joiner is designed to create a solid connection between 2 electric fence wires. It can be used for joining the same or different wires and is an easy to use and essential item for all wire connections on your electric fence .Split Bolt Line Taps ensure electrically tight connections on galvanized wires. If the electric hookup wires are hand wrapped, poor electric contact may develop when the fence is heavily shorted. It is good practice to join electrified fence wires with a Split Bolt Tap by bringing all hot wires at a fence end post into one tap. If the lower wires make it difficult to maintain proper voltage, it is easy to disconnect wires as needed. Trouble shooting is simplified by isolating wires and testing with a voltmeter and portable fence charger.
