Anthocyanin powder is a free flowing dustless powder with a dark red-violet color. The powder is obtained by spray drying and fluidization of an aqueous concentrated extract of grape pomaces. Anthocyanins are water-soluble compounds responsible for red to blue colour of a wide range of Fruits and Vegetables. Grapes, Berries and Black Carrots are used to derive color. Anthocyanin colour is considered to be very versatile and easy to use.

Anthocyanin Color Powder is a purple colour free flowing powder that can be mixed with dry products. It is soluble in water and suspensible in oil, and is used in confectionery, jams, jellies, and beverages.
Malto Dextrin is used as a carrier. It is used as a food coloring and can be mixed directly with dry products. Anthocyanins are a type of flavonoid pigment that are responsible for the red, purple and blue colours in most plants, leaves, flowers and fruits.
