FRP/GRP/ SMC combined water tank is assembled by moulding single board, sealing, metallic structure, and plumbing. We can assemble the one with 0.125m3~5,000m3 according toyour need.  The period of use is over 50 years usage with good maintenance.

SMC water tank combined with the SMC molding panel, sealing materials, metal structure and piping system to on-site assemble together, which bring great convenience to the design and construction. The general water tank according to the standard design, special tank needs special design, we can assemble the one with 0.125m³~5,000m³ according to your need.If the original water tank needs to be replaced, you do not need to change the house, it has strong applicability. The specialized development of approved product, Ruberstrip, which is non-toxic, water resistance, flexibility, small permanent deformation and strong sealing. Whole body of the water tank is high strength, no leakage and infiltration, no distorsion and easy to maintain and examine.

STEP-BY-STEP ASSEMBLY

TANKS FROM 1 TO 10,000M3 (260 – 2,500,000 USG)

Step 1. Install steel footings on leveled concrete foundations.
Step 2. Align GRP panels to be pre-assembled.
Step 3. Place rubber sealant from ready-to-use roll between panels.
Step 4. Connect panels with bolts and nuts.
Step 5. Position bottom panel sections, and finish up base of tank.
Step 6. Position three sides of the tank. 
Step 7. Position and fix roof panels and if required, roof support pipes and plates.
Step 8. Install reinforcement if required.
Step 9. Close up the tank with the fourth side.
Step 10. Finish the internal or external reinforcement.
Step 11. Fill and test.

FAQ 

1.What's the guarantee, in case the water tank breaks down?

The water tank has one year s guarantee. If it breaks down, generally speaking, our 

technician will figure out what the problem may be, according to client s feedback. 

Parts will be replaced for free if the problems are caused by quality fault.

2.How about the documents after shipment?

After shipment, we ll send all original documents to you by DHL, including Packing List, 

Commercial Invoice, B/L, and other certificates as required by clients.

3.How long is the delivery time?

For standard water tank less than 100m3, it would be 7-10 days; For non-standard 

water tank and customized water tank according to client s specific requirements, it 

would be 15 to 30 days.

4.How's the payment?

5.Do You Arrange Shipment For The Machines? 

Yes, dear esteemed customers, for FOB or CIF price, we will arrange shipment for you. 

For EXW price, clients need to arrange shipment by themselves or their agents.
