Introduction:
DHZ series disc type separator is an automatic slag discharged oil refinery equipment. It has the following
advantages :high rotary speed, rotate stable, all sealed outlet ans inlet system , low noise, high separation
efficience etc.
This machine is widely used for animal /vegetable oil & fats hydration degum, alkali refining deodorization
and washing process it , mainly has automatic ring valve slag discharge and artificial slag discharge , it can
also be used for degumming, getting ride of nigre and washing during vegetable oil refining.

Test separator and installation:
1.Check | before starting the spindle and the drum is connected preload, the upper end of a main shaft connecting joint and buffer rubber pad position is correct, whether the drum bottom shaft alignment marks the preload, the liquid inletbearing fasteners, the connection is firm and reliable, appropriate tensioner tightness, power supply connection and zero connection protection and reliable, liquid disc pressing cap is pressed liquid disc, drum rotation direction is correct; |
2.The boot | starting power to observe any abnormal situation, the machine does not completely reach the normal speed, can not leave the operation power, nor feed; |
3.Feeding | when the machine is completely reaches the normal speed of charging, charging is slow, and the pressure should be less than 0.1Mpa, the discharge port discharge after adjustment to the normal feeding quantity; |
4.Stop | power off, wait for about 12 minutes, the machine energy completely stopped, in the machine is not completely stopped not any parts operating machine; |
5.Removing | determine the machine stops will be liquid disc pressure cap loose unload liquid dish, will drum out from the body, to work on the shelves with a special spanner will bottom shaft opened, three wing drum out, clear the drum solid phase, the operator should do the protective measures, must be completely remove the drum solid; |
6.Installation | drum after cleaning, the three wings of the mark in the drum, the bottom shaft installation. Should be installed in the threaded put some lubricant, check the seal is intact, the bottom shaft seat and the drum is marked, the bottom shaft and drum pre-tightening by pretightening force appropriate. If Mark misaligned, replaceable bottom shaft seal to adjust and correct, the drum into the machine, hydraulic disc connected into good spindle, pressing liquid dish. |
