FIBC bag is a kind of flexible packaging container for delivery.It has advantage of dampproof, dustproof, radiation-proof and stable etc.And it has enough strength on the structure.

 

 

FIBC bag is also  known as jumbo bag or space bag and has developed rapidly in recent years for its convenience in loading and unloading, handling and carrying. Generally FIBC bag is woven with polyester fiber as polypropylene, polyethylene and so on.

 

It mainly achieve transportation by crane or forktruck for lifting contaioner unit. It is convenient for shipping bulk powder material and has advantages of large volume, light weight and easy handling etc. It can be widely used in chemical industry, building materials,  plastics, minerals and other kinds of  powder, granular, massive goods packing and it is the ideal package for storage and transportation industries.

Notice for Loading and Discharging

1. Don't stand below the bag during lifting operations;
2. Please hang the hook in middle of handrope, keep balance, no askewing and no single hanging;
3. Make sure the bag is no rubbing, hooking or knocking against other objects;
4. Don't pull the handrope to a reverse direction;
5. Keep the bag away from the fork of the forklift truck;
6. Use pallet during handling to keep hook away from the bag;
7. Keep the bag upright during loading,unloading and stacking;
8. Don't drag the bag on the ground or concrete;
9. If it must be stored outside, the bag should be placed on the

shelf, and must be covered by opaque tarpaulin.
10.Wrap up the bag with paper or opaque tarpaulin and store it in a ventilated place after use.
