Price CIF: 0,48 € per bottle, according quantity ordered.

PROCEDURE:

• The Buyer sends LOI and BCL. 
• we send FCO or SCO.
• if the FCO is signed we send a draft contract ant to follow.

DELIVERY INCLUDED CIF EUROPE (excluding ports after Ravenna).

Minimum order 10 containers. Origin Netherlands.

-          Price EXW Netherlands: 0,46 € per bottle, according quantity ordered.

-          Price CIF : 0,47 € DDP/CIF DELIVERIES AVAILABLE Delivered within EU

-          Payment terms: By IRDLC, BG, SBLC NON transferable/transferable, payable at the delivery after SGS inspection and certificate.

Possible CIF China, delivery to quote separately, according the destination port:

• Under 50 containers month + 0.03 cent €. Up 50 containers + 0.02 cent €
• Payment terms: By LC transferable, divisible, revolving, payable at the delivery after SGS inspection and certificate.

SOURCE B OPTION

Min. 300 containers month.

Price EXW NL: € 0.39  per bottle, depending on quantity.   

Payment by: By LC transf., divisible, rev., payable at the delivery after SGS inspection and certificate.

Procedure (Source/A, A1 and B):

1. Buyer sends LOI and BCL (bank comfort letter) stating the Buyer’s financial capability
2. Export company issues SCO to Buyer, if required by the Buyer or sends Seller’s FCO/Draft contract
3. If SCO/FCO is accepted, Agency or the Seller, check banking information and to follow send a draft contract
4. Signed the contract by the Buyer, the Seller will provide a product availability confirmation, with POP, SGS certificate and, according the Buyer needs, the documents as below:
5. - 3 of each: SGS Certificates, EU origin certificates,  Delivery notes, Health certificate, analysis bulletin etc.
6. The buyer opens the finacial instrument and within 15 -20 days goods loading start. DELIVERIES CAN BE SCHEDULED WEEKLY, BI-WEEKLY according the quantity ordered, but not less than for 10 containers orders. THE ORDERS WILL BE SERVED AS FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED.
