2.No extra mold cost for making clients' new shape/size,just sample charge,and it is refundable after the order.

3.The artwork can be printed on outside of the mug,on the bottom of outside of the mug,and on the top inside of the mug,can not make inside bottom/body of the mug.

4.Our products are SGS/FDA food grade safe, dishwasher safe,microwave safe.
