1.Mix bleaching  powder with developer. Mix a spoon lightening powder with choice of 6% (20 vol) 9% (30 vol) 12% (40vol).

2.For untreated hair recommending first at lengths between peaks and finally the scalp.

3.Development time may vary from customer to customer and former hair pigment layer.
