GZG tube bundling driers
Possessing the features offine energy-saving property, wide range of drying materials and continuous

GZG tube bundling driers are of the indirect contact type and rotatable heating tube nest

featuring fixed shell equipped with charging shovel. The steam enters the tube through swivel joint

to transfer heat and then is discharged as condensate water, moisture content in the materials is

discharged from dehumidification fans after being heated and turning into steam, the materials are

hoisted by the rotating shovel materials in the tube, fall evenly on the surface of heating pipe and

are dried through being pushed by charging shovel from the inlet to the discharge hole. It is widely

used in drying of loose and humid materials in industries such as chemical, light industry, food

and feedstuff. The machine features wide range of drying materials, high evaporation volume, low

energy consumption and consecutive production.

For the recent few years, the company coordinated with Provincial Petrochemical Design

Institute and Harbin University of Science and Technology in promoting new low-carbon CGZG

superconductive tube bundling drier, which is an authentic low carbon, energy-saving and

environmental-protecting drying machine featuring high efficiency, energy saving, high heat transfer rate, low thermal loss and maximum energy saving of about 30%. The company can provide high-efficient cyclone separator, high-performance steam trap and preheater utilizing thermal of condensate water according to features of materials and demand of users.
