Main Usage
1.Protein covers a percentage of 60% in corn gluten meal ,other contents are amino acid,various vitamin and micro-element.It's a kind of good feed purified additive for poultry and livestock growing and disease-resistant.Further more ,it can be used to extract natural pigment and various amino acid.
2.With golden appearance, the products contain much yellow element that are ususlly called corn_coloring element and widely used in industries. WIth high protein, they are widely used in feeds industry, especial in shrimp breed aquatics , shrimps are grown well with this supplement.
Corn gluten meal is the byproduct of the production of corn starch in pharmaceutical industry or the extraction of alcohol in wine making industry. Rich in nutrition, containing no toxic and harmful substances, needing no further processing, it can be directly used as protein feed with high feeding value.
1.In cattle raising industry, using corn gluten meal as concentrated feed can make part of the protein digested better in the small intestine which cannot be digested in rumen.
2.In pig raising industry, the protein content of corn gluten meal is directly related to the apparent digestible energy values of pigs. The test results show that, the apparent digestive energy of the corn gluten meal containing 32% crude protein is higher, which reason may be its energy is more appropriate to the protein ratio.
3.In layers farming, the formulated feed for layers mainly of corn gluten meal can improve the laying rate by about 15%. It also can prevent the cartilage disease and other diseases of layers, playing a part in health protection and promoting growth, helping to improve the quality of egg protein. The acid contained in corn gluten meal can promote the lipid metabolism of layers and promote the polymerization of essential amino acids.
4.In addition, corn gluten meal can improve the coloration of broiler chickens which makes the eggs golden yellow and the chicken skin yellow. The coloration of chicken skin is irrelevant with its nutritional value, but as one of the main indexes to evaluate the broiler chickens product quality, it directly affects the market price and demand of broiler chickens.
