Sencha steamed green tea is the most popular type of green tea in Japan.It is first imported from China in Ming Dynasty.  

 

Sencha is a traditional Japanese green tea with tight, sleek, dark green color appearance.The liquor is bright green in color, with a fresh fragrance, sweet and japanese flavor.

 

The primary processing includes “Withering", "steaming", "rolling" and "drying". It still keep the original color in green color, because it is without fermentation during process.
