Interlayer fire system is designed for the curtain wall system, this kind of fireproof rock wool have higher refractory temperature, higher melting point and smaller temperature line contraction etc., at the same time, it is good water-repellent, moisture proof , moisture absorption and bibulous rate is low ,and not corrosion to metal.
According to using place and the purpose difference, curtain wall fireproof rock wool have two different series , one is CFS series which is for stopping the fire and smoke from the gap between the floor and wall or the others including building gap between all kinds of wall or floor slab or pipeline. The other is WFS series, WFS series mainly used for the fireproof of the spandrel. In order to enhance fireproof effect and stopping the smoke more better, aluminum foil or fiberglass felt or fiberglass cloth and so on the different coating material were widely faced on the rock wool.
