adding waterproofing agent and binder preparation, screening, compression molding, 

drying hot waterproof insulation board.

It is a nonasbestos,high performance and water repellent insulating material

composed of highquality expanded perlite particles,bonded with inorganic binder

and reinforcing fiber,and the technical specifications is leading in the level of similar

products in domestic . The better water repellent property solves the technical

problems effectively which complex with the various types of insulation,

heat insulation and waterproof insulation, saving a lot of funds on construction

and maintenance. It is widely used in power plants, petrochemical plant piping

2) Mixing the materials of the perlite foam core board: firstly adding binding agent into

perlite and then stir evenly by tailor-made blender.
3) Pressurization of perlite foam core board: put the ready mixed materials into mould

or door core framework, then pressurizing.
4) Demold of perlite foam core board: demold, natural drying, then packing

and ready-made product
