Introduction

wood block machine can make wood pallet or block from raw materials such as wood shavings,sawdust,etc

1.This machine is used to make the pallet feet which is for the transportation  pallet. 

2.The raw materials can be wood shavings, sawdust ,chips,and other small  waste wood materials.

3.The materials size is about 5cm.moisture content within 10%-12%.

4.The final product could get the E1 grade. The pallet block manufactured has smooth surface and waterproof, and durable for use. 

5.The products are widely used for the pallet foot.

The whole product line

1.The production line is composed by the crushing machine, drying machine,  gluing machine, and so on. We supply the technical support can installation                      from the start  to the end. 

We will help the client to make some sample product after the order.

2.Generally four hot presses are a production line, must provide the dryer,the  gluing machine, grinder each. (dryer, gluing machine, grinder and so on  supporting facility customer buys in addition).
